How many litres does it hold?
The Hydration Pack holds 2 litres of water, perfect for any adventure day or activity in the wild.
What makes it "germ free"?
The Hydration Pack storage bag and hose is made of antimicrobial material meaning bacteria will find it much harder to grow here than normal plastic bottles! We still recommend rinsing your pack before and after every use and making sure you store it completely dry.
Which way round does it go in my bag?
In order for the water to flow through the hose using downward pressure, the Hydration Pack needs to sit upright in your bag, with the hose coming from the bottom end (the leak proof cover where you fill it from goes at the top end). If the water is not easy to suck from the mouth piece, check the pack has not folded over and the hose is not kinked.
The Hydration Pack is best carried as close to your back as possible, most good hiking bags will have a pocket type area built in for this purpose!
Will the mouth piece leak on me?
Definitely not! The mouth piece has ON/OFF positions to make sure no water can leak out when you're not drinking. Plus, there's a cap to avoid leakage no matter which position you leave it in, and if you set your bag down and the hose goes into the dirt, it's covered!
